SOUTH BEND- The Indian laxers fell to Chesterton by a 7-5 count at a cold and windy Leighton Stadium. The Indians started out quickly by tallying the first two goals of the contest in the game’s first quarter. The visitors from Chesterton responded with six straight goals before the halftime break to build a 6-2 lead. The Indians pulled within two goals late in the fourth before conceding a seventh with five minutes remaining.
Luke Thomas and Joe Saratore both scored twice while Zach Yergler added a goal.
